FAQ'S


  • When an item is sold-out is it coming back?

 

Our products are all handmade and produced in small quantities at a time.  Therefore, we sometimes do not have the items in stock. When an item is sold out, we will sometimes re-stock the item. You can also contact apayaofficial@gmail.com for custom orders.

 

  • What does it mean if an item is available for Preorder?

 

An item that is on Preorder will usually be available in 2-3 weeks. In order to guarantee your item is available once it is re-stocked, we recommend you place and order.

 

  • What if I need to change or cancel my order?

 

Our orders usually ship within 1 to 2 days. We will be happy to cancel your order if it has not shipped. Please contact apayaofficial@gmail.com .

 

  • How can I return my order?

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, with original tags and packaging. Please email apayaofficial@gmail.com and we will help you with your return. 

 

For international returns – buyer must pay for shipping back to our warehouse.

 

  • Do you have any offline store locations?

  • What is your shipping policy?

 

We offer free shipping on orders within the domestic USA, Europe and UK. We also ship globally, but orders will incur a shipping cost. International shipping costs do not include any country-specific duties or taxes.

 

  • Can I request and order for a GIFT?

 

We are happy to accommodate gift requests, we can pack your item without a receipt and with a gift note. Please request a gift order packaging by emailing apayaofficial@gmail.com with subject “gift packaging request” and your order #.

 

  • Do you offer Bulk Orders for events and gifting?

 

We would love to be part of your special day, event or corporate gifting. We offer special pricing on bulk orders of 6 or more. We have been lucky to have created special items for weddings, bridal showers, bachelorettes and special events. Please email:  alexapacini@apaya.org with subject “Special Order”. We look forward to working with you.

 

  • Where are your products made?

 

Our products are all handmade in Colombia.
